FaceReport AI provides photo-based AI face, makeup, and entertainment palm reports. This policy explains what photo data we process, including face-related photo data when you upload a portrait, and how we use it.

Information We Process

When you create a report, the portrait or palm image you choose is sent to our secure Firebase backend and to our AI processing provider only to generate your report. Before the upload starts, the app asks for your permission and explains that the selected photo will be shared for AI processing. We do not use the image to identify you. We do not intentionally collect age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, health status, or other sensitive attributes.

The app may process an anonymous Firebase user ID, subscription status, report usage counts, diagnostics, analytics events, and purchase information handled by Apple and RevenueCat.

Face Data Collection

FaceReport AI processes the portrait photo selected by the user. The photo may contain a visible face. The app does not collect a face template, faceprint, biometric identifier, facial recognition profile, identity verification result, or persistent face geometry. The app does not use face data to identify or authenticate a person.

Use of Face Data

The selected portrait photo is used only to create a non-medical, photo-based AI aesthetic or makeup recommendation report and, when available, a shareable AI-generated report image. The selected palm photo is used only to create an entertainment palm reading report. Reports are based on visible photo qualities such as lighting, composition, facial balance, skin appearance, expression, symmetry impression, or visible palm lines. We do not use face data for advertising, tracking, profiling, identity recognition, authentication, or training a user-specific facial recognition model.

Sharing of Face Data

To create a report, the selected photo is transmitted to our Firebase backend and to our AI processing provider, fal.ai, which processes the request with an OpenAI image model. These providers process the photo only to deliver the report generation service, security, debugging, and abuse-prevention functions. We do not sell face data. We do not share face data with advertisers or data brokers. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information for subscriptions, but they do not receive the selected photo from us for report generation.

Storage and Retention of Face Data

The selected photo is processed for report generation and is not intentionally retained by FaceReport AI on our backend after the request is completed. Generated reports may be stored locally on the user's device and in the user's local app history. Temporary processing, logs, or provider-side caching may occur as necessary to operate the service and are limited to service delivery, security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Users can delete local report data and their anonymous app account from Settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to generate reports, manage weekly usage limits, provide subscriptions, restore purchases, improve app reliability, and prevent abuse.

Photos and Reports

Generated reports may be stored locally on your device. If you choose to save or share a report, it is handled by your device's Photos and share features.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We use subscription status to unlock Pro access and weekly report limits.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the product. Analytics events do not include your selected image.

Data Deletion

You can delete local report data and your anonymous app account from Settings. Active App Store subscriptions must be canceled from your Apple account subscription settings.
